drift-slack-alerter

Subscribes to the drift:detected event topic and posts a structured Block Kit alert to Slack via webhook. Ships a built-in payload template that is editable in code.

What it does

• Subscribes to drift:detected on Dryade's event bus at register time.
• Renders the bundled PAYLOAD_TEMPLATE with surface/score/window/detector.
• Posts the rendered payload to DRIFT_SLACK_WEBHOOK_URL.
