Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription from Settings > Subscription in your dashboard.

  • View your current plan and usage.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier.
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time.

Payment Methods

Dryade accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is securely stored by Stripe and never touches our servers.

Invoices

Invoices are generated at the start of each billing cycle and are available in your account settings. You can download PDF invoices for your records.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. We will attempt to collect payment for up to 21 days.
  2. You will receive email notifications about the failed payment.
  3. During the grace period, your access may be restricted.
  4. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Tier subscriptions: No refunds for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Plugin subscriptions: Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase if the plugin does not function as described.
  • Annual plans: No pro-rated refunds available.
